HOURS:         The print shop at Conroy Rd. and Thurston Dr. is usually open from 7:30am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday or by appointment if these hours are not suitable for you.  Please call before coming over, as occasionally I will be out delivering or picking up orders.   My office phone number is my cell phone, so if I am not at the print shop, I am still available.

PRICES:         All prices are F.O.B. Erickson Graphics print shop on Thurston Rd. in Ottawa.  Prices do not include taxes.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS:         All accounts are due on receipt of invoice until a credit profile is established.   I accept cash, money orders, or cheques, and can process credit card payments through PayPal as a last resort. 

PRODUCTION:   Normal production time is 3-5 days from receipt of artwork approval and all garments.  I will not start a job unless I can guarantee a delivery date.  Rush orders will be accommodated whenever possible.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations will be charged at the cost of materials and labour.

ARTWORK:   Artwork can be emailed to  merickson@sympatico.ca .   Vectored Line Art is preferred.  Coreldraw v. X3 or lower, Adobe Illustrator v. 11 or lower.  (.AI, .EPS, .CDR files)  All fonts must be converted to outlines, paths or curves.  Text will become an object that cannot be edited.

Unacceptable art files include:  .JPG, .TIFF, .BMP, .GIF, .PNG, .PCX, any Microsoft Word or PowerPoint graphic.  If it’s necessary to send these formats, a minimum 300dpi is required.  Art charges may apply to recreate artwork to make it suitable for output.   Minimum Artwork charge is one half hour.

TRADEMARKS:  It is assumed that any copyright, trademark or patent permission is obtained by customer.  
                               Erickson Graphics and ScreenPrinting will not be held responsible or liable for any
                                infringment from printing or reproducing copyrighted or trademarked logo's.                    
 
DISTRIBUTORS:   To be considered as a distributor which qualifies you to use our wholesale printing prices, you must
                        
                        1)  Have a current valid Provincial Sales Tax number.
                        2)  Guarantee a minimum of 4 orders per month.
                        3)  Be an active member in the Promotional, Awards and Incentive Industry.

PICK UP / DELIVERY:  Pickup of orders (garments) and delivery of completed orders is available at no extra charge
                        whenever feasible.
